The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional; from the moment I arrived I felt truly welcome and it felt like a home away from home; I was shown around and directed to my very comfortable room; initially, when I tried to connect to the wifi I wasn’t getting a good signal, so I talked to the hosts and we discovered a slight issue that has now been fully resolved and the wifi is super fast; if I were picky, I’d want a bigger towel, but maybe I just need a diet.

“Comfortable and pleasant but spoilt by wi-fi issues.”

The hosts were super friendly and the place was spotless, breakfast was nice though not a full English spread. The Wi‑Fi in my room was almost unusable—signal weak and bandwidth probably low—so it only worked for checking emails. That’s a big problem if you want to stream or work. I’d rather have some privacy, but here you’re in the same house as the hosts, their bedroom right next to the guest rooms and one shared bathroom—fine for some, a bit too cozy for me!

“It was amazing”

The view and the services were great; Carolyn treated me like a VIP, even ironing my blazer that morning because I was running late for an interview. Everything was spot‑on, very peaceful and serene. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Mildenhall.
