How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was nicely sized, clean, with a nice bathroom. It was a nice 20 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go in Verona. The first impression when we got there was rough – dirty in the area, garbage in the parking area and seemed like a rough spot in town. But once we saw our room, we felt at ease.

The owner greeted us with an exceptionally warm and friendly welcome. Breakfast was sufficient and tailored to our requests. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, yet they carried the charm of the Gründerzeit described elsewhere. All in all, the owner’s affectionate personality balances everything out. The value for money is perfectly fine. The city center is easily reachable within a short drive. A parking garage is less than 5 minutes from the arena. A lovely short holiday. The downside is that the surroundings of the house are unfortunately a commercial area on the edge of town. A street number would make it easier to find the destination.

Luciana, the host, was very friendly, helpful, and polite, and she welcomed us with a delicious coffee. The room and bathroom were great, very clean and organized. The location is average, far from Porta Nuova Station (about 3.5 km) and from the historic centre (roughly 30 minutes on foot). The accommodation is also not identified in front, it has no name, which makes it hard to locate. The façade and garden could be cleaner and better organised.

Free parking. Comfortable bed. Mika, the owner. Close to the centre. The walls were dirty even near the bed. The shower was dirty, hair on the wall. The building looks neglected. For me it wasn’t clean and that was the biggest drawback. I added one photo of the bed where the dirty walls are visible. Apartments like this should not exist on booking.
