The sea view was lovely and the breakfast was good. Marcus was very kind and helpful; I didn’t arrive until 11 pm because of an accident, but he accommodated me and helped bring in my luggage. Tanya was also very lovely and helpful. A shared bathroom was fine, though an en‑suite would have been nicer.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. We booked a twin room for £111 per night, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a double at no extra cost; however, at checkout we were charged £122. The carpet on the stairs needed vacuuming, the windows in the bedroom were dirty, and the toilet flush handle was broken.

The location was perfect and amazing for Tintagel. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and efficient—Marcus always put a smile on your face. The breakfast was large and tasty, and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing really to complain about, though some TLC is needed especially outside. I would still stay here again.
