The breakfast was decent, with a variety of options, but the presentation lacked care. There is no parking (despite being listed in the description); only one very limited spot, and it was occupied. There were leaks in the stairwell after it rained at night. The floor in the room wasn’t clean. Breakfast could have been handled more carefully—broken dishes, dull forks, stale fruit, and the snacks looked old; the cookie was stale, the cheese bread was awful, and there was only one butter dish. A mission‑vision board is useless if basic upkeep is missing.

The location was very good, close to the Historic Center. Reception staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast had few options and no one was available to replenish items. The mug I used for coffee was poorly washed, with lipstick stains. The rooms lacked a chair or sofa for support. The bed was noisy. The acoustics were terrible; you could even hear people snoring in the next room.

“Boa”

The location was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful, but the mattresses weren’t comfortable, there was no liquid soap in the bathrooms for hand washing, and the address listed online was incorrect.

“Não vale a estadia”

The location and the staff were fine, but the pillows had sweat stains and were dirty; we had to swap them. The bathroom door had no lock and was broken. The room had four beds, but only two could fit. It felt like a tiny “room” with a bathroom window facing inwards and no ventilation. The room faced the kitchen, which started cooking at 6 am, causing unavoidable noise. The towels were worn out, making it the worst stay we’ve ever had. The bed was broken, with a hole on the right side.
