The setting and the attentive staff were wonderful, but the bathroom lacked brightness.

“Tranquil, lovely spot with great food and excellent staff”

The food was great, the location was wonderful, and the place was totally stylish with friendly, very lovely staff. However, the shower in our room leaked everywhere, and the staff were a bit dismissive when we mentioned it – a sort of “it is what it is” vibe. When we brought it up again before checking out, they offered a 15 percent discount, which we thought was a cool gesture and left us with very good memories of the hotel.

Es simplemente perfecto. La ubicación, las habitaciones, la comida, el personal… un 10. Si buscas desconectar en un hotel maravillosamente decorado, con un personal que te hace sentir como en casa y en plena naturaleza es éste. Su director ha conseguido un equipo inmejorable. Repetiremos sin duda.
