Staff were gorgeous and so helpful. The hotel was lovely, and the room was spacious, which really made my daughter's birthday eve special.

The hotel itself is lovely, and my wife and I booked it for our wedding anniversary while also doing some business; the location was ideal for visiting Bath. The bed was so comfortable that I woke feeling refreshed, which is rare for me. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the en suite was nice and clean too, although the lack of a shower head that is wandering was a drawback. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and really tasty, along with a very good selection. Now the not so good parts… parking is available on site as per the description, £5 per night for parking, and a charge to use the pool facilities £15 each, OUCH! No mention of charges when booking! What's worse is that the pool is pretty cold, and numerous other guests were commenting about the pool temp too. In the end we just used the Jacuzzi for 20 minutes or so and left each day. The room cards also have a habit of dying; I had to get my card redone the first morning, then my wife's card in the evening!

Good breakfast. Pool temperature definitely set for more unthusiastic swimmers
