How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms were really comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. Unfortunately, we never got to use the restaurant because it shut its doors far earlier than we expected, and nobody mentioned the closing time when we checked in. It felt like a missed opportunity.

The hotel looks nice and the staff are friendly, so the first impression was good. However, our room was right next to the kitchen and the restaurant tables constantly had music playing, and the staff tended to speak quite loudly. My husband also struggled to sleep because the mattress was too soft.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept like a log; the location and the service were both spot‑on. The only downsides were the lack of air‑conditioning in the room and the fact that it could have been a bit brighter. Otherwise, a solid stay.

The property itself is really attractive – the facilities are well‑kept and look nice throughout. Even without any major complaints, the pleasant surroundings made the visit enjoyable.

We ended up in a basic room that faced the street, and within a hundred meters there was a llanero show that went on all night, making it the worst night we’ve had. When we asked to cancel one night because of the noise, they finally agreed but slapped a 100,000‑peso fee on us, which felt outrageous. The street noise was insane and the room offered nothing to mitigate it.
