“It was ok”
The staff were good, but the pool was closed, the elevator didn’t work, some areas that aren’t used often could have been cleaner, and breakfast should stay open longer.
I liked the hotel’s convenient spot near the event I was going to, but it was a bit of a hassle being on the first floor when cigarette and marijuana smoke drifted in at 10:30 p.m. from people smoking outside, and the breakfast was a let‑down because I arrived 45 minutes before closing and no fresh food was offered—there were no eggs left.
The rooms were very good, and the location was close to a lot of restaurants and shops.
“Do not go. It is really dilapidated”
Not much to say. The pool was closed, the elevator didn’t work, and the drywall in the bathroom had tape joints popping and soaking up moisture – mold will probably appear soon. Overall, 85% of the experience was unsatisfactory.
“It was very conveniently located near a wedding venue that we were attending”
The place was pretty nice, and we got a big bonus when we arrived early for the wedding that afternoon: the desk clerk let us in ahead of time so we could unwind after traveling. The only snag was the thermostat in our room, which was a bit finicky.
