The central location is right next to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The décor is very tasteful. The staff were very friendly and warm. We were even able to move into our room before the official check‑in time. The mattresses are top quality. Breakfast was delicious. We would choose this hotel again.

The air conditioning worked perfectly in the summer, and we were allowed to move into our room earlier thanks to the friendly staff.

The location is good. In Munich, Motel One told me that as a member I’d get a bottle of water. In Frankfurt, they only said no, you only get a bottle if you book directly and not through a third party. Which is correct?
