The location was great – close to the station, very convenient and cheap – but the toiletries left a lot to be desired, especially the shampoo and body wash, which were thin and didn’t lather well.

The check‑in and check‑out processes were quick and easy, and they offered luggage storage both before we arrived and when we left for a two‑night trip to Hiroshima, keeping our large backpacks safe while we returned for the final night; the hotel is about a ten‑minute walk from Namba station and roughly 20 minutes from Dotonbori. The on‑site laundry is tiny and minimalist but available around the clock.
