“Extremely bad experience”
The location of the property is very good. Only 150-200 metres away from Matheran railway station. 1. First of all, the name of the property in was Hotel O Hublal, but the actually name of the property is Hublal Cottage. They are operating two different properties in one building. 2. There is no reception as we can see in the pictures. 3. Rooms are very dirty. 4. Bathroom/Washroom is very dirty. 5. No basic amenities were provided except toilet soap. They didn't even provided towels. 6. There is no maintainance at all. 7. Few rooms have AC. 8. Cable TV connection was broken. 9. Plug points are almost broken
