The airport is really close, which was great. The pool, however, is tiny and shared with another hotel, so it feels cramped.

After a 12‑hour flight from Europe, I needed a good place to sleep, and that’s exactly what I got. It would have been nice to have had fried bacon.

The location is convenient for staying near the airport, and the shuttle service was excellent. The service overall was very poor: breakfast was only okay, and there was never enough food; staff were slow to refill the buffet when items ran out. The rooms were fine, but the showers had very poor pressure. We stayed twice, two weeks apart, and each time one of the two treadmills in the gym was out of service. They should put a sign limiting guests to 30 minutes per machine because there are so few.

The staff were friendly, the beds comfortable, the rooms clean, and the breakfast was very good. The shuttle to and from the airport ran every half hour. It was quiet and within walking distance of Walmart. We missed the pre‑arrival shuttle instructions; follow‑ups were answered days later. We ended up in a shuttle from the airport that said “Fairfield” on it, asked the driver who said yes, but he dropped us off at the wrong Marriott (one of the Fairfields), wasting a lot of time. We just wanted to go straight to bed. The next day I had to pick up the rental car and take a shuttle back to the airport. We stopped at the red light right in front of the rental office, but the driver wouldn’t let me out. I had to ride with him to the airport, wait for the rental shuttle, and then drive back 30 minutes because of traffic—unnecessary. The mini‑fridge in the room didn’t work.
