GOOD MORNING THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. The room is tiny, the bathroom is very small, the shower is above the toilet. A company like Booking cannot advertise a place like this. We lost our money and had to stay elsewhere. The photos do not match the place. We paid 306,00 and they said it was your fee. Could you refund us? In the meantime Maria Altaide 11 95422‑5359. The people were very welcoming, friendly and nice. We felt at home! The room is fine for two people and the air‑conditioning is great (it cools well). It’s not right by the beach, but it’s not far either. Plus it’s close to several cool spots, like the markets, the Dragão do Mar and the Planetário. My stay was very good, I liked it a lot! I recommend it to others.

Great cost‑benefit for those who want to walk around, it’s a good option and close to tourist spots. My experience wasn’t better because there was no water in the hotel, so when I came back from the beach to shower, there was no water 😭. Location.

I was utterly disappointed with this place. From the moment I arrived, the staff were awful, showing no preparation, organization, or respect for guests. The room was tiny, and the bathroom was in such poor condition that it compromised both comfort and hygiene. I was put in a room without hot water, and no one had warned me about that beforehand. When I asked for a room change, I was told it wasn’t possible. I then requested a cancellation, but I was ignored and received no reply. To make matters worse, while showering the water ran out. The attendant suggested I shower at another hotel in the same chain, only to find that place’s bathroom was filthy, smelled bad, and was under construction. Paying for a stay and then enduring all of this is unacceptable. Basic hygiene, functioning facilities, good service, and respect for the customer are essential; a cheaper rate does not justify shoddy service or moving guests between equally bad locations. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not stay here again, and I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the serious lack of care shown to paying guests.
