How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was very good and worth more than the price; the room didn’t look as nice as the price suggested, but if I had a chance I would go again. I liked the TV on the balcony and the small kitchen basin, which were very good.

The location was really close to Jomtien Beach, with many restaurants and massage places nearby. By the way, Jomtien Beach isn’t really suitable for swimming, so if you want to swim you’d have to go elsewhere. The room actually consists of two rooms—a bedroom and a living room—so it’s more like a small apartment. The host lady was nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom was really worn down and wasn’t exactly clean; everything looked a little gross. Considering that it’s a very cheap place, I still think it’s good value, but it’s just too bad they didn’t bother to clean the bathroom before we arrived, especially since we were literally the only guests there.

Big rooms for the price, with a bedroom, living room, balcony and a private bathroom. The room also has a tiny kitchen and a large fridge. The staff at the bar are always friendly, ready to play pool or chat. The place is practically next to the beach, making it worth every cent.
