The staff gave very good attention, the breakfast was nice and the place is close to the old Palerm castle. The downside is that you can hear a lot of traffic because a main road runs right in front of it.

Breakfast was decent, the area is nice and everything you need is nearby; the centre is a 10‑minute walk away, making it great for a couple of days. The people were friendly and overall it was fine, though the proximity to the road brings a bit of noise.

The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the air‑conditioning never worked during our five‑day stay; despite reporting it at reception, no solution was offered throughout our visit, which was very disappointing for a four‑star hotel, and breakfast was very weak.
