The location was excellent, and the room was spacious; it felt like a typical mountain hotel. The building looks a bit old, but overall there was nothing to complain about.

The room was clean, and breakfast was fine. However, there was no free parking at the hotel or nearby, so we had to pay for a spot elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful; we arrived at night and they still gave us keys and instructions. Breakfast was mediocre. Unfortunately, the hotel is very old and the worst flaw was the room cleanliness. Sheets were clean but the bathroom was awful, full of hair when we arrived, even hair in the toilet and on the toilet paper (I attached photos). Since we arrived at night, we put the hair on the floor and disinfected the toilets ourselves. The next day we reported everything to reception, who promised to clean the room. When we returned, the bed had been made again but the hair on the floor was still there. We took new photos and reported it again, but by then our stay was over. Parking is non‑existent; the hotel sits on the street, and all street parking is paid and expensive. The hotel’s parking is reserved for members only, so it wasn’t accessible to us. I can’t see how this place earned four stars; we definitely won’t return.

The location was great, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly. The ski room designated for storing bikes and equipment was not entirely secure because it lacked a key and was always open.
