The hotel offered a room change, which was appreciated.
The room could accommodate five members, yet the bed size was insufficient for all of us; we also needed proper support and supplies such as blankets, pillows, toilet essentials, water, and staff availability for requests.
The rooms were the worst—they felt like a fraud, and everything in the photos did not match reality.
The location was very close to Baga beach and the staff were friendly, but the linens needed more cleanliness and the room had a slight odor.
We couldn't find this hotel at the location.
