“Satisfaisant”
The bed and location were great, but the reception was lacking a water bottle in the room.

The reception staff were pleasant and the room was spacious for four with a comfortable bed. However, because the hotel is in an old building, you can hear people upstairs quite well, and the shower system should be replaced.

The room was clean, but the lack of cleanliness and presence of bedbugs caused bites that left me in pain; even after returning home I still go to the hospital. I was offered a room change and laundry, but no refund or compensation was provided; I hope they will address the refund and other compensation.
