How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The area around the hotel is great for walking, the rooms are clean, and they even welcome dogs. However, when I booked, the photo showed an outdoor basin with a display stand that didn’t match the actual room; it was disappointing and not quite accurate. The pictures should reflect the real rooms, not something else, and the fact that there was only one room in that set made me feel let down a bit. Everything else was fine.

The hotel sits in a lovely setting, though it would be better without the two car shells lining the private lane. We stayed in the Maroco 1 villa, which is visually striking and perfect for social‑media photos as long as you ignore the finer details. It fits eight adults comfortably and the décor is nicely done. However, after one night the villa was hit by a strong unpleasant smell, probably because of poor ventilation, the beds were old and far too hard for a good night’s sleep, and the services felt more like a furnished‑apartment rental than a hotel – there was no breakfast, only a decent, generous serving of rice soup. In short, the night was long and not very restful.

I love the beauty of the accommodation, the design style is stunning, unique, and private, and it’s very relaxing. Pets are welcome.

This place is a gem, super clean and spacious, and the staff is super friendly. I loved it so much that I'm already planning to come back. The location is great too.

The tent was spotless and the garden was beautifully maintained, but the lack of reception and service was a major letdown. We had to deal with a lot of miscommunication, and the breakfast was not what we expected. It's a shame because the tent itself was nice, but the language barrier made it difficult for us to navigate.
