The host lady was very sweet and accommodating, fulfilling every request we had; parking right outside the guesthouse was convenient and monitored by cameras. Unfortunately, they don't offer breakfast, but within about 100 meters there are two excellent bakeries and a small café that serves great coffee.

The room was lovely and cozy, situated in a quiet area with few people, yet only a few minutes' walk from the promenade; sadly, breakfast isn't provided, but the building has a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook anything you like.
