I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was also convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
“Disappointing Stay — Poor Service & Unresolved Issues & No Deposit Refund”
Good location with plenty of food stalls nearby. 1. Unhelpful staff & poor management handling: Staff member Dula failed to properly address my concerns, and when I requested to speak with his other colleague or superior/manager in order to solve the issue, my request was refused instead of having the matter properly escalated. 2. Deposit not refunded: I was informed that the RM100 cash deposit I paid prior to my stay would be refunded within 7–21 days. It has now been three weeks, yet I still have not received the refund. 3. Weak Wi‑Fi: The Wi‑Fi connection in my room was extremely weak, and I had no choice but to use my mobile data throughout my entire one‑week stay there. Overall: A very disappointing experience. The lack of proper assistance, poor handling of guest concerns, and delayed deposit refund made my stay unsatisfactory. Management please refund my RM100 deposit as promised as soon as possible and seriously improve its customer service. Thank you in advance.

very cosy and clean, the environment is very nice. must put depo money before can check in into the room and quite expensive for me for the depo. if using bank card, you need to wait 3 to 7 working days to get your money back. but overall is very good
