Breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful, but the toilet looked very old with stains on the bowl and the wash basin was clogged.

I liked the central‑city location. The bathroom lacked any tissue at the sink and the restaurant tables had no napkins; there was no fridge for cold water or fruit, the kettle was broken, and the bar only served tea, no coffee or creamer. The air‑conditioning didn’t cool, so we sweated through the night. Service was disappointing – the receptionist wasn’t at the desk when I came to collect the key, and there was no bellboy to help with luggage either at arrival or checkout. Breakfast was boring and didn’t reflect the hotel’s menu; the yellow rice (or fried rice) was overly dry, crumbly and a bit hard, killing my appetite. There were no decorative flowers, and the hallway looked rather gloomy after dark.

I'm not really sure what to say about this hotel - it was just.fine. I mean, it was okay, but nothing really stood out as being particularly good or bad.

Everything about this hotel was pretty standard, but there was one major issue - we booked a room with breakfast, but it wasn't in their system. So, every time we wanted to have breakfast, the staff would tell us that we hadn't paid for it, and we'd have to explain the situation to them. It was a real hassle, and it happened every single day until we checked out.
