The staff were great.

The location was perfect, and the front counter reception was wonderful. The room was stale, the apple juice was stale with no sugar, the coffee was burnt, and the half and half was out of date.

Phones, chargers, and bed lamps didn’t work. I had trouble with key cards at the back entrance, which required a walk around, and the elevator was problematic. There was also a smell.
