“INCREÍBLE”
The place was cozy, and the staff – Adriana, Jeyson, and the rest of the team – were super kind and attentive, making our experience exceptional. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi signal.

There was a cockroach in the bed and the room was in bad condition. Everything was terrible.

The staff were kind, but the location and facilities were lacking.

The location was fine, but the TV didn’t work and the issue wasn’t fixed even after reporting it, plus there was no Wi‑Fi.

The price‑quality ratio is excellent. Hotel Koray is a boutique hotel/hostel with a few simple rooms, a family‑friendly vibe, and pet friendly. It’s perfect for unwinding away from the city’s bustle. The area is quiet and lovely, and although there’s no beach in front, the sea view is beautiful. Common green spaces are nice, and the terrace plays pleasant background music. Breakfast runs from 7:00 to 9:00 am. The staff are extremely friendly and dedicated—best service on the island. Rooms are simple but clean, comfortable, and quiet for a good night’s sleep. It’s not in the city center, but a short drive away; the hotel even offers a van that shuttles guests once a day. Wi‑Fi is acceptable for use and work in common areas. Constructive criticism: 1) The pool area needs better upkeep—keep the grass short and even for a tidy look. 2) The pool itself needs maintenance; the steps lack tiles, posing a risk, especially to children. 3) A bar service would be great, offering drinks and a snack or finger‑food menu for terrace guests, since there are no nearby restaurants or shops. 4) The van service should run at least three times a day, given the short distance to the city center, and a moderate‑priced airport transfer would be welcome. 5) Room bathrooms need updating.
