The hotel is very clean and the food is great, and the staff – Maître Rebeca is always ready to help, and the pool bar crew, Jailton, Lero, João and Lucas – are fantastic!

“Mi tercera vez y siempre todo excelente!’”

Everything’s renovated and tasteful, the food is excellent, the entertainers are fantastic, and the shows are super professional. The only constructive criticism is that the pool tap was loose and never got fixed even after we reported it through the proper channels. Also, the receptionists always seem preoccupied, not very agile or warm, constantly staring at their computers and not making warm eye contact – just a suggestion for improvement. Everything else was excellent!
