Breakfast was excellent, with a rich selection of everything you could wish for at breakfast. Mr. Rainford really knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere in his guesthouse. I liked everything.

A charming home in a fantastic spot for exploring Chester, with a comfy room and a spacious, modern bathroom; George was an outstanding host and the breakfast was gorgeous, and there were no complaints.

What a treasure! Spotlessly clean, right near the city centre, with a brilliant bathroom and a pristine room; the bed was comfy, the attention to detail was superb—probably the best B&B experience I've had—and the breakfast was deliciously tasty, clearly the result of careful thought; thanks to George, the owner, and we’ll be back.

The location was great, George was the best host and cooked an amazing breakfast; the place was spotless, the room had everything needed plus extra toiletries for forgotten items, and the attention to detail surpassed any 5‑star hotel we’ve stayed in before, so we’ll definitely return—thanks, George.
