“Ok”

The location is good, the Petronas Twin Towers are a 12‑minute walk, and the shower is great. The breakfast was bad; many items were cold and not tasty. The bidet in the room leaked heavily, and the elevators were slow and behaved oddly, making you wait a long time.

“Good location and food, but the room size, parking, and lack of follow-up from the staff could definitely be improved.”

The strategic location is great and very convenient for getting around KLCC. The breakfast and lunch were also really good. The parking area is narrow, and the room was a bit small. I left my iPhone charger behind; the staff said they would call me to arrange a pick‑up time, but I still haven’t received any call. The follow‑up was quite unresponsive.

“Good food. Close to shopping and the canyons of tall buildings.”

The location is solid, the room supplies purified water, and the breakfast buffet is good. The dining hall is spacious. The gym on the 31st floor is open 24 hrs, and I could hear dumbbells being moved in and out of the storage rack above my room. The staff moved me to a lower‑floor room to sleep and apologized—good job on their part.
