I really appreciated the staff’s warm welcome, their availability, and friendliness. The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant, and the hotel’s location was convenient for our moves around Dakar. I also liked the breakfast and the quiet atmosphere. We felt well received during our stay. The only drawback was the room’s air‑conditioner, which didn’t work well; everything else was perfect and nothing truly spoiled the visit.

The décor items were nice. The establishment felt cold with little warmth; if you expect star‑level service, it’s not here. It’s a shame because the concept and the hotel’s amenities could offer a better client experience.
