The location was excellent, the room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and the laundry facilities were convenient. Yolanda at reception was especially helpful during our stay. The elevators were a bit cramped and not enough in number, which was a bit tiring.

The camera and breakfast were good. Most staff do not speak English, so communicating is tedious for foreigners.

The room was fine. I chose the non‑refundable option and paid the full amount before my trip, receiving a confirmation that my reservation and payment were complete. Yet, when I arrived, I was asked to pay again, which was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially after having already paid in advance and having a confirmed booking. The payment situation should have been clear and properly communicated before my arrival. Being asked to pay again at check‑in made the whole experience very disappointing. I hope the hotel can improve their communication and payment procedures so that other guests do not face the same issue.

Everything was wonderful, but the reception staff were very offhand. We arrived at 8 pm and were told our room was not ready and would take another 1–2 hours. We had booked our room three months in advance and were promised a fruit platter, which never arrived. The receptionist who booked us for breakfast was uninterested; a simple “good morning” or a smile would have sufficed. The cleaning lady was wonderful, with a big smile each morning – she should be trained for reception duties. Otherwise, the stay was great, the food was good, everything was very clean, and I would stay again.

The location is very central, and the hotel offers a wonderfully calm and stylish atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The hotel is very stylish, but from the outside you don’t see or expect that tasteful ambience and decor. The rooms are very nice and spacious, equipped with everything you need. The free laundry room with dryer + steamer is top class!
