The staff member Rosario was outstanding, always attentive to everything we needed, and the location was very good.
The staff were very responsive and friendly; you can rely on them for any help or directions, and the location is great. The shower cabin in the bathroom was quite cramped, but that isn’t a huge issue. 😀
The location, the excellent breakfast, and Rosario’s friendliness and readiness earn our heartfelt thanks.
The central spot right opposite the Duomo was perfect, and Rosario made a great host. Breakfast arrived on time with everything we requested, fitting our early start. The shower cubicle felt tight for taller folks, but the room itself was adequate.

The spot is ideal for exploring Naples; everything’s close, so no need for buses or taxis. Rosario welcomed us warmly and was so kind and helpful that I highly recommend this hotel.
