Nikola was fantastic, greeted us with rakija right away, breakfast was excellent, and strolling through Salas felt very soothing. It’s a very tranquil spot close to Subotica, and Nikola even packed a bag of fresh pears for us when we left—thank you, Nikola.

The property is great, close to the motorway, safe parking, a very pleasant cabin, clean, comfortable beds, air‑conditioning/heating, the pool has heated water, a mini bar with beer, cola, water (of course extra‑chargeable). Breakfast is very good and filling. The owners welcomed us with a glass of wine, they’re very friendly, helpful, and kind. If I ever travel this route again, I’ll definitely stay here. A small note: guests should be informed that hot shower water is turned on with a “tap” in the corridor, as that’s not the standard setup.

Close to the motorway, a very warm welcome from the hosts, the room is small (just enough for one night) but the beds and linens are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is tasty and plentiful, the outdoor pool is nice and tidy (though we didn’t use it), and there’s greenery all around. The free breakfast does not include coffee; you have to pay an extra 2.5 EUR, which can be a surprise since it’s listed as “free breakfast included.” The shower cabin could use a refresh.
