The building’s beauty, the welcome and service, the size of the room, and the location (in the medina but close to taxis) were all great, and the hammam experience at the “soeur” riad was very nice! The breakfast was a bit modest, the garden photo on the site is somewhat misleading (it’s not that large!), and the terrace is charming but the furniture could use a fresh coat.

A stunning building with gorgeous tiles, huge rooms, and an amazing team! Zack was fantastic, assisting us in countless ways. Thanks for a wonderful visit! It’s odd that they have another nearby property with almost the same name; we got lost once and could only find the other one.

Beautiful riad with a lovely garden. The staff were friendly, always ready to help and accommodate any request. We dined there and the dishes were excellent, prepared by a very kind lady just for us. I also used the hammam at the nearby riad and it was wonderful! Its proximity to one of the Medina gates makes it easy to reach. The riad was clean. The bathroom in the room wasn’t spotless and the toiletries were minimal.

I booked this Riad for my parents and they loved it; it sits in an ideal spot for exploring Fez, looks gorgeous, and the room is huge. The biggest plus was the owner, who was incredibly helpful, constantly looked after my parents and even gave them valuable tips. The food was excellent. Nothing to complain about—everything went beyond what we expected!

We stayed in this beautiful riad that felt like a small palace - it was spacious and super clean, which made us feel right at home. The staff were amazing, especially Zachariah, who was always helpful and reliable - we felt like we had a local hero on our side! However, the hot water wasn't always consistent, which was a bit of a bummer.
