The location was great, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was first‑class.

The location was perfect and the restaurant excellent; the room was large. The breakfast was generally good, but they didn’t offer a second cup of coffee and we were told to go downstairs to the café for more. At times there was a foul odor in the bathroom of room 2.

The breakfast was good, everything needed was available, and coffee was brought to the table on request. The hotel is in the city centre and convenient for getting around. There is no on‑site parking, but we could park on the street for free or in a paid underground lot. The room was large and the beds comfortable. Our toilet didn’t have a balcony. There’s a restaurant below the hotel for dinner if desired, and many different eateries nearby. The old town, the castle and across the river are all very short walks. The shower water didn’t flow, and there were no logical spots for phone or computer charging. Some minor defects such as table lamps, night lights, bathroom décor, etc. should be inspected before a new season so improvements can be made.

The bedroom and bathroom were very nice and clean. The TV in the room wasn’t working. Breakfast ran from 7.30 to 9.30; I arrived at 8.20 with a friend from another room and there were no croissants or bread left, and no fried eggs even after asking. I noticed many other guests had taken the food for their lunch, which should not be allowed.
