How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I loved the décor, the staff, and the room was very comfortable along with the bathroom. They have massage chairs that are excellent, and many personal hygiene items to choose from at the entrance and bring to your room. The private jacuzzi on the top floor is available, but even though there is an option to recirculate the water, it never stays clean; when I entered there were even hairs, so I left immediately. Other than that everything was excellent.

Nothing was missing; everything was more than enough. Nothing.

Very close to the metro, very convenient.

The free drinks, including sale & shouchu, and the food—soup, bread, and sweets—were great. The ground‑floor dining area is spacious and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the massage chair.

The 24‑hour service, the 24‑hour bar, and the bed were all excellent.
