The location was great and the facilities were acceptable; they even upgraded my room because the one I booked had problems, so the customer service was efficient. The new room had a leaking roof, but they cleaned it right away, which was very nice of them. However, there was no hot water so everything was cold or at room temperature, the roof leaked during heavy rain—something that might bother other guests—and I expected daily room service, but it wasn’t available.
