Nothing good – everything was very dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work so we didn’t stay, we were there less than 30 minutes and left, and they haven’t refunded us.

People don’t stay there; the washrooms are very dirty and they don’t even provide a water bottle.

I absolutely didn’t like anything – it was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The hotel was catastrophic with moisture stains everywhere, dirty walls, and a bad smell. The bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. The bathroom was a nightmare: there was no hot water. Even though all the rooms looked empty, we were placed on the top floor. We also heard noise all night, especially because locals lived in the hotel. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The experience was very disappointing.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and always listened to guests' wishes; we even celebrated with them without any trouble. They offered useful tips for every question and concern. However, the entire building was in a disastrous state: the pool was 1.2 deep and so black that the bottom was invisible. Some doors wouldn’t close properly and sometimes there was no key at all. The equipment varied wildly from room to room – one had a fridge, another didn’t. The sheets were washed but still spotted. Spider webs were everywhere, the toilet didn’t work or was leaking. We switched to the CJS bungalow, which turned out to be exactly the same. Still, for three days it was tolerable.
