Everything was great in the room. The only downside was that the breakfast juice was overly diluted, almost just water, which was a bit disappointing.

Everything at the hotel was fine—staff and housekeeping were good. The only issue was the king‑size bed; the mattress had an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

The cleaning was good. The only problem was a neighbor’s snoring in the adjacent room.

The staff were attentive and courteous. The room I stayed in had no lights, was poorly decorated, the bathroom leaked easily, lacked a toothbrush set, and was very basic. Light was only in the door entrance and the bathroom. The bed comfort was average. Breakfast tasted bland and had very little variety; it was the same bland coffee every day. The location is inconvenient for walking, you need to download a car app, and the neighborhood feels somewhat unsafe for pedestrians.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very complete; although the hotel isn’t in the city centre, its location is great, in a quiet area and close to the metro and bus line. Sometimes in the afternoon the music from the gym below the hotel can be quite loud.
