The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the common areas and rooms were well maintained. The private pool was a nice addition, spacious and comfortable. The property feels a bit remote, and reaching the city centre requires waiting for the transfer service, which sometimes leaves gaps of several hours; you have to plan around that. The hotel is large, with rooms spread over multiple terraces and steep (45‑degree) stairs, the private‑pool rooms being on the highest level. From the ground‑floor lobby to my private‑pool room I always had to request the excellent internal shuttle service. The pool access ladder wasn’t securely fixed and looked a little rusty.
