The place was nice near the park, within walking distance for kids, and the riverside parking area was good. Breakfast was fine, especially the grandma’s cake that the kids loved, and the reception on the last day was kind. We were assigned a different room without notice, smaller, without a private entrance, and no fridge. They told us to use a shared fridge in the common areas, which other guests complained about because it was theirs and the room was for us. After another solution, they brought a fridge to the room (stiff, but at least it cooled). On the second day we were offered another room, but we didn’t take it because it made no sense; still, we can’t recommend it.

Instead of the single room for four that I had requested, we received two rooms, which turned out to be very convenient.

The location was spot on and the courtyard was locked at night, which felt safe. But the room itself was a bit bare, the shower curtain was flimsy, and there was a noticeable odor that lingered. Overall, decent spot but could use some upgrades.

A cozy pension on the outskirts of Plzeň. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and both dinner and breakfast were tasty. Definitely coming back.
