“A wonderful place to stay a few nights!”
The place sits right next to the train station, so walking around is a breeze. The bed was a bit hard and the street noise kept coming until 2 am at times.

The historic building is centrally located, and the hosts greeted us warmly and shared useful information. We gathered in the spacious dining room, where we chatted with other travelers from around the world, and the walk to the Mura di Lucca Park Run was short. Nothing else to add.

It was very Italian and the décor was amazing. No complaints.

The building itself was stunning, and the room was gorgeous with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were attentive, suggesting great places to eat and drink. They let me check in early and kept my luggage for a bit longer at checkout. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The only downside is the street noise, which stops around midnight; the host supplied earplugs, which were fantastic, but if you’re a light sleeper and can’t use earplugs, this might not suit you. Otherwise, book it!

Last year the room service was great, this year it was only two days out of three, showing a certain nonchalance. The location remains exceptional, and the Dante room facing Saint Christophe’s church has a lot of charm. Via Fillongo, you need to be more careful with guests. Christine
