We had a 1 night lay over stay before heading closer to the airport. Pool and room were just what we needed. Staff lovely and cooked us a great breakfast. Gave us recommendations to a restaurant for dinner which was amazing! ( Gami Gedara ) :). Nothing

The owner was a lovely man and his staff were nice when you could find them. The Srilankan breakfast was huge. The photos look nothing like it does now, its pretty run down. They seem to have bricked up windows. The rooms were dark, very worn and a bit depressing. There also is nothing around, its not close to town and tuk tuks are hard to hail on the street

The room was in great condition, the staff were very friendly, and the stay was both comfortable and relaxing; the food was delicious, and they even gave me a welcome drink that wasn’t mentioned elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which I highly recommend. The bungalow-style rooms I stayed in were right on the pool, equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and my room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown, being mediocre at best and not particularly clean.
