We checked in in the evening, the staff were friendly, the bed was clean, the room was large, we booked for one night but stayed another day. Everything nearby: Lidl, McDonald’s, and a tram stop “Dvorcova” is a 5‑minute walk.

The rooms were really clean and tidy, and the lady at reception was nice 😊, but the neighbourhood is average.

The room had a noticeable cigarette smell that was bothersome.

The location was great 👍, close to the train station and tram line, the building sits deep in the woods, surrounded by trees, and it's quiet. The staff were very friendly. The problem was that the room was on the third floor with no elevator – that wasn't mentioned in the description – and two people had trouble walking, which was tough. The rooms were clean, but the equipment and look were like deep‑state PRL.

The reception was full‑time, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was good. The room had a very strong, hard‑to‑tolerate smell – a mix of cigarette smoke and air freshener. Even after long ventilation, the scent didn’t fade. Clearly someone was smoking a lot. The room was spotless, the bedding fresh, but that smell seemed to cling to the fresh sheets too. After returning home I had to wash everything, even clothes I never wore. There was also a ventilation grille above the bed from which very cold air blew – “blew” is the right word. These are suggestions for the owner: what could be improved.
