Clean, secure, safe, and accommodating. Very nice. Everything was good, but there was a slight delay in getting staff to respond since they weren’t always available, which might be a reason not to stay. I would still say this is the nicest place in Pietraperzia.

The place was clean, had modern amenities, and the hosts were friendly, but a room with two single beds was assigned to me. A message was sent after a non‑cancellable booking, yet no cancellation option was offered. The room was very small, not the 20 m² initially advertised, and the beds were narrow. The street was extremely loud, causing frequent wake‑ups. The accommodation appeared uncrowded, so a different room could have been provided for the price. This was disappointing compared to the consistently positive experiences at several B&Bs in Sicily.

I had a wonderful experience! I arrived in Italy with the plan to stay just one day, but I liked the place and the reception so much that I decided to stay an extra night and chose the same spot again. Laura was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I was very well received and felt very comfortable. It’s always nice to meet such attentive and receptive people. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would definitely come back. For me, it’s 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property was amazing and the owner is super friendly, kind, and helpful. Wonderful hospitality, beautiful place. I highly recommend this place if you’re in Sicily. Nothing was wrong; everything was top notch.
