The calm and almost carefree vibe of the lovely hosts made the stay peaceful. The food, especially the homemade Bretteljause from the region, was excellent, and although the coffee was a bit weak at first, it was improved later. 🙏 There were no negatives.

Breakfast was delicious, featuring local products beautifully presented. The surroundings were wonderful, charming, full of greenery and vineyards. The garden and terrace with lounge chairs offered a view of the wine gardens. The host welcomed us with a glass of tasty wine. The only regret was that we only stayed for one night. :)

We appreciated the warm welcome from Brigita herself and the introduction to the “fruity” rooms. Each room was built with a different wood: ours was apple, ours friends’ was cherry. All their food is homemade and very tasty. The daughters served breakfast, and everything from plums and grapes, yogurt, deli meats, bread, butter, and marmalade was homemade and delicious. Don’t forget to taste their wine, which you can buy directly there or at the store in Maribor that has the world’s oldest grape vine!
