The new agritourism site is well built and the owner is very helpful. It’s in a great spot for visiting Mantua or the Mincio Park, and close to the bike path for exploring historic sites. Remember it’s new and growing, so the way it’s managed and maintained is excellent. The bathrooms are always clean and there’s a small shared kitchen area. I’ll definitely come back and have high expectations. Keep it up.

The concept sounded good but the execution was disastrous; we booked two nights, and after the first night our towels and swimwear vanished, there was no cleaning, everything felt filthy from the swampy area, especially the bathroom, and the hedge and grass were never trimmed, showing clear neglect.

“Posizione strategica e camping bello e comodo”

I stayed in a very quiet spot with a strategic location for visiting Mantova, Gardaland, Sabbioneta, and the surrounding area. The campground is small but very well organized, with large pitches that offer privacy, brand‑new and spotless toilets, comfortable showers, hot water for washing dishes, a nice pool, and a jacuzzi! The manager is extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

The old barn doubles as a social area, complete with tables, a microwave, on‑site cold drinks, and a free fridge. A nice pool was a lifesaver in the heat, and the staff were very kind.

Very friendly, great ideas, super central and really strategic. Everything you need is there. The only downside was the loud compressor from the sewage plant running 24/7 – something you really can’t do, and I hope they’ll shut it down through a legal dispute. Crazy.
