I was a bit taken aback when I arrived at the hotel and was told my room wasn't ready yet. However, the staff were super helpful and offered me a drink while I waited, which was a nice touch. When I finally got to my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was spotless and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the whole experience was somewhat marred by the initial delay, which left me feeling not entirely satisfied with my stay.

I'm not sure what I was expecting from this hotel, but it definitely wasn't the chaos that awaited me. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which made it difficult to get help when I needed it. The room was small and cramped, but at least it was clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, so I had to suffer through a hot and uncomfortable night. The location was decent, but the noise from the nearby traffic made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I had booked it earlier and had also made a part payment of Rs 520. But on arrival the room was not given saying it was sold out. The entire staff was drunk
