The breakfast was good with stir‑fried cabbage, fried eggs, tasty congee, and a nice salad; the menu was typical and the staff were helpful. The room was not clean, the sink was clogged and water hardly ran, the room I chose might have been too small—perhaps a larger house would have been cleaner and more comfortable. The Wi‑Fi was unstable, and the TV only showed standard channels.

The view was nice. The staff were deceptive and didn’t honor what they promised over the phone about taking responsibility and sending a voucher, while the air‑conditioner was noisy all night and the bed was uncomfortable, making the 5,000‑room price not worth it.

The resort is amazing and surrounded by nature; we booked a tent and the river view is incredible. The staff are super kind, so I recommend it. Unfortunately, the shared bathrooms were awful, which is a real pity considering everything else is well maintained—probably because it was low season and they didn’t expect many guests.
