“My stay was okay/good.”
The area was good and calm, yet some items in the room were not clean, which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. but the room we got which was a handicap room didn't even have a rack to hang our clothes. The staff finally installed one. The shower head should be a handheld one and not fixed according to the height of a person sitting on a shower chair. The gift bag on departure was nice, but the unit was in poor condition, missing grab bars for senior citizens in the bathroom, and the pet area’s large river rocks made it terrible for pets to walk on. The air conditioner and refrigerator were so loud that nobody could sleep.

The room was very clean and matched the pictures, but the A/C was very noisy.

After a long day on the road and driving in the rain, the stay was comfortable; we were there for about 9 hours. The place has fallen a bit into disrepair since our visit a year ago, probably due to construction. The breakfast also didn’t look appetizing.
