The bed was comfy and the room was the right size, but we hit a snag with no Wi‑Fi, no basic toiletries like soap or shampoo, and the air‑conditioning unit was noisy, didn’t actually circulate air, and failed to cool or heat. What a disappointment!

I was heading to an event at the Blue Tree Transatlântico, so the spot was spot‑on. Since I only needed a shower and a bed, that was fine. The breakfast was great, priced at R$42,00 at the restaurant, and the staff were wonderful—nice perks of staying in a hotel. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and hassle‑free. The fridge didn’t work even when cranked to the max, and it was dirty with a hair inside. There was no water, as other guests mentioned, and no soap, shampoo, or towel; I asked for soap at reception and they brought it right away. The shower head was broken, hot water pressure was weak, and the drain seemed clogged because the shower box flooded. I realized that even though it’s a hotel, the cleaning isn’t handled by the hotel staff, and I was unsure if the towels and linens were changed by the hotel too. Overall, given the price and location I expected better.

Breakfast was full and well‑prepared, parking was free, and the hotel is very close to the Blue Tree convention center.
