The location and price were definite highlights, but the room itself was a letdown. The pool and balcony were lovely, but the room needed some serious TLC - it was outdated and not exactly sparkling clean. The real kicker was the 'two-bed' room, which turned out to be a queen bed and a pull-out couch that was basically unusable. The metal frame poked you in all the wrong places and the cushions were sticky to boot.

The hotel's affordable price and fantastic location made it a great choice for my stay, but unfortunately, a malfunctioning air conditioner on the last night really put a damper on things. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly, but the heat made it hard to get a good night's sleep. I was really looking forward to a comfortable rest after a long day of exploring, but the AC's failure left me feeling hot and bothered.
